He has been selected for inclusion in the Super Lawyers New York Metro Directory annually since 2007, and has received the coveted Martindale-Hubbell “AV” listing, reflecting peer review 5.0 out of 5 as a pre-eminent attorney in the field, reflecting top ethical standards and very high legal ability.

Business Law
We provide effective representation for all legal matters affecting businesses, from the earliest stages of new business formation to the final business transaction, or the purchase or sale of the business.
We offer knowledgeable guidance throughout the life of the business, helping clients conduct business in ways designed to avoid business litigation. When disputes arise, we offer skilled representation in commercial litigation. We address all issues related to franchising, including contract preparation and risk evaluation.
Estate Planning
We provide effective estate planning services and financial planning services for businesses and individuals. For businesses, we address business succession planning concerns, to ensure a smooth transition to new ownership and to protect the value of the business. Mediation
Sometimes an alternative form of resolution such as mediation is in order. Mediation is less costly and time-consuming. It also allows for collaborative solutions rather than a circumstance where there is one winner and one loser. We can meet with you to discuss all of your legal options.
Mortgage Modification
We have seen a growing frustration of homeowners attempting, on their own, to accomplish a mortgage modification. Typically, they experience repeated demands by the bank for resubmission of the same documents. Valiant efforts at compliance, lasting six months or more, seem to never get any results.
Accordingly, our mortgage modification business has flourished to meet the growing needs of middle-class homeowners who have experienced temporary financial setbacks.
Foreclosure
Many homeowners have been the victims of short-term financial problems. When they contact their mortgage holders, they are met with a refusal to work out reasonable payment arrangements for arrears. If your bank has refused to accept your offered payments claiming you are in foreclosure, please give us a call for help.
