Paul Hollander, Camille and the entire SI Law Firm were AMAZING with helping me with my Bankruptcy Case. From the time I walked into the office for a consultation with Paul, and he was very professional, informative and knowledgeable about the entire process. Filing bankruptcy can be a very This process can be very intimidating, stressful and overwhelming process but Paul assured me that if I follow his instructions that I would be ok and I would have nothing to worry about. He has a very calm but firm demeanor which helped me not to get nervous during this process. I highly recommend this firm and I would hire Paul and his team for any of my future financial business needs! Don’t walk… run to SILaw if you need bankruptcy help!!!!

Due to the loss of my husband, followed by the pandemic I fell behind on mortgage payments. This lead to the bank seeking a foreclosure . I went to Corash and Hollander to discuss, options and decided modification would be my best option as my daughter had moved in with me and would be able to help with expenses.

Baeta Gadek represented me and was successful at getting my mortgage modified, which prevented foreclosure . Ms Gadek was professional and very kind. She was easy to work with, responsive and explained each step of the process. I highly recommend her for loan modification and home retention.

Dear Mr. Hollender & Staff:

I just wanted to thank you for everything you did for us during our difficult time. You showed us a solution to our problems and gave us a new beginning and a new outlook toward the future as well. I will always be grateful to you.

Dear Mr. Hollender and Roberta:

Thank you for all your help and saving my house.
(Actual Client, 2008)

Dear Paul:

Thank you very much for your lovely note. It was very thoughtful of you. However, it is us who have to thank you.

Throughout the past year and a half we have relied on your legal advice and personal financial counsel. We want you to know that your advice was always on target. The information you gave us to prepare us for Court covered every contingency the Judge brought up. We were well prepared by you. Your offices handling of our rather extensive case was professional and efficient. Everything was done on time and correctly.

The information you provided us regarding our credit future enabled us to lease a new 2001 SUV, get several credit cards and most important, to get a mortgage for a new home in Florida. We have learned our lesson well about the pitfalls of credit card abuse and will not fall into that trap again.

Yours truly,
C.R. & M.R.

Dear Mr. Hollender:

I want to thank you and your assistant for the great work and support you have given us regarding our recent filing. We have worked with a lot of law firms in the past and I must say that you are the most professional and responsive firm that we ever done business with.

Thanks again,
Daniel Ouellette Executive V.P. Technology & Strategy, MicroSlate Inc. Quebec, Canada

Dear Mr. Hollender:

You handled my bankruptcy which was discharged in December 2005. I just wanted to contact you to let you know that I’m grateful for your assistance and to tell you that I have relocated to Virginia and have found a new job as a legal secretary. Finding an apartment was difficult at first, many places here require that bankruptcies be discharged for one year and some required two years but I found someone “willing to take a chance”. Anyway . . . as far as beginning to re-establish credit, I did as you suggested using the one credit card I did not owe any money on when I filed for bankruptcy — I used it at least once a month and paid the bill in full as soon as it came in. To that extent, I received an offer for a credit card in the mail recently which I applied for and for which I was approved. Again, I wanted to thank you for your assistance in helping me with the bankruptcy and for helping me on the road to re-establishing decent credit.

C. C.

Dear Paul:

I would like to thank you so much for helping me during what was a very difficult time in my life. I’ve attained a second chance and I will take full advantage of it thanks to you.

Dear Mr. Hollender:

Words fail me. Your kindness, gentleness and wisdom have brought me peace. I was blessed when I was referred to you. My fears have diminished because I am aware that I have someone trustworthy and dependable to turn to for advice and guidance.

At the age of 82, I seem to lack self-confidence and am guilty of poor judgment. My world was drastically changed with the death of my husband.

My father used to sing this song — the words make me think of you. “God gives the wise man his wisdom. He gives all the poets their dreams.” When I met you I got more than my share.

Thank you are the only words I have.
S.K. (2007)

Dear Mr. Hollender:

This note is to commend Kasey Barrier. I had called your office and spoke to Kasey. She was so courteous to me. Polite and a pleasure to talk with. Just too nice to talk with people like Kasey.

Dear Paul:

When my wife and I retained you our house was under water and in foreclosure and we were drowning in credit card debt. You immediately stopped the foreclosure action. Over the next several months you successfully negotiated a loan modification with the bank holding the mortgage on our home and developed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy plan that eliminated the lion’s share of our credit card debt.

We will never be able to adequately express our gratitude for these results. You saved our home and enabled us to get rid of an insurmountable mountain of debt that was dragging us down physically and emotionally. You and your staff, especially paralegal Brian Palma, are to be commended for the legal prowess, kindness, compassion and patience that were exhibited over the past eighteen months.

Very truly yours,
A.D. & J. D.

Thank you so much for helping us through a very hard and trying time.

J. & E. G.

Dear Brian:

Thank you so much for your kind attention and support. We really appreciate all the help you gave us. You made the entire process so easy for us!

Thanks again.
L. & M. B.

To Paul Hollender and staff:

Special thanks to Mr. Hollender who was there from the first day to the last day. Also, special thanks to Brian Palma for always returning my calls and answering any questions I had. Brian helped me get through a very stressful time. Thanks for my new start.

C. S.

Dear Paul:

There are no words to express our gratitude and thanks for your kind, courteous and professional service. We received our discharge a few days ago and with your help I think we gained a few years onto our lives. You are a wonderful, peaceful and positive person, who, through all of our strife, provided us with an uplifting spirit.

When we met on several occasions at your office, once the door closes, the words you spoke were not only advise of the highest quality, but somehow also were words of calm and hope. Speaking for myself, the thought of “bankruptcy” brought feelings of shame, failure and lack of self-worth. Paul, somehow you took both my husband and myself from a deep dark hole to a beautiful place.

As to the professionalism provided, none could be better. Your direction and guidance was spot on, and the assistance provided by Brian could not be more efficient. It was amazing, we met one day, Brian called me the next day asking for documents and he was back to us within a day or so. I was blown away; never have I seen such service.

So Paul, once again, our profuse “thanks” and bless you, your associates and family.

M.D. & J.D.

Dear Paul and Roberta:

I cannot thank you enough for helping me get my financial affairs in order and helping me get my life on track! You guys were terrific. I look forward to working with you in the future. Thanks again.

C. C.

Dear Camille:

It’s been three months since our bankruptcy filing was approved and we still can’t believe that we were able to obtain such a favorable outcome. For over a year, you and Paul worked diligently toward a successful outcome for our family. We wanted to send this note to express our sincere appreciation for all that you have done. Reflecting back, the tremendous results that you were able to deliver for us were only amplified by your professionalism, kindness and patience. We made it through with our dignity intact and results that exceeded our expectations.

If you ever need a strong reference please let us know; we will be happy to do so. Thank you.

To Paul Hollender:

I want to thank the staff of Corash & Hollender, especially Paul Hollender and his paralegal, Susan, for the great job that was done on my bankruptcy case. I was amazed how easy and quickly everything was handled. Every member of the staff I interacted with treated me with respect and I never felt like a failure for having to file for bankruptcy. I would recommend this law firm to anyone who asked for a reference about filing for bankruptcy.

Dear Brian and Paul:

Thank you big time!

Hello Paul:

I have just received my statement of debt satisfaction from Beata. I just wanted to take a moment and express my appreciation for the professional and determined efforts that Beata exhibited on my behalf. I believe you should know that she should be considered a very valuable employee who represents you and your office in the highest degree to your clients. Based on her actions, I would have no problem recommending your services to anyone I know who is seeking similar legal assistance.

Thank you.

We would like to thank you so much for everything. You were very patient and kind to us. Thank you for helping us through this stressful time in our lives.

Dear Mr. Hollender & Roberta:

Forgive me for not getting back to you sooner. I would like to thank you for the help in speeding up the processing of my SBA loan. It meant a great deal to me and it was a kind gesture on your and your staff’s behalf. Your kindness will not be forgotten. Thank you so much!

Dear Bea:

Thank you Bea, it was a pleasure doing business with you. This was taken care of quickly and I appreciate it.

Thank you Camille. It has been a pleasure and once again thanks for all your hard work and dedication to your clients. I will recommend your law firm. I hope you enjoy the rest of your summer. Be well.

They say God will put those you most need there when you most need them. I am convinced he has done this for me, with you!

Dear Mr. Hollender and Camille:

I just wanted to tell you that when we came to see you in July, I felt like a low-life. We completed our court appearance in September. It’s now December, I feel like weight has been lifted off us and we can start the New Year without the burden of debt we were feeling for so long.

Thank you for your help.

Dear Mr. Hollender:

This is to offer my sincerest thank you. At a time of great stress financially and physically, your kindness was a light during these dark days. I will never forget your kindness.

Dear Mr. Hollender:

How can I thank you for all you have done for my family? I’m sure you have not only changed my life, you may have saved it.

I had explored bankruptcy several times, but felt it could not get done without an extraordinary effort due to the intricacies of our case; specifically the ownership issues regarding our home. By the time we came to you, I could not have felt more overwhelmed by our financial troubles.

I had hoped your expertise would be our salvation, but I was far from certain it would work out. In fact, I was prepared to withdraw our case if the court’s decision wasn’t any better than the miserable situation we were already in. Our personal lives were very strained by these troubles. I worked a grueling job for a difficult employer. The efforts I made to take care of my family, with all these troubles, was definitely taking its toll on me.

I resigned myself to believe this was the way life was going to be, but I knew I was definitely fighting a losing battle.

These problems were affecting my health. I could see it and I could feel it. I have always been an optimist, but that account was almost empty too. When you start to lose hope, you’re finished. Only a miracle could help me, and I tried to keep the faith.

Your wonderful gift, your god given intelligence, allowed you to build a path for us. Your vision, your plan of attack, built a road to a fresh start for us. In the process, you did more than just take a monkey off my back. You dug me out from a pile of rubble. Man, you gave me my life back. God Bless you.

Mr. Hollender, I know this is starting to sound like a love letter, and it is. So, let’s not forget Camille. We love Camille too. I’m sure you bless the day Camille walked into your office. She clearly saw your plan and went to great, painstaking lengths to carry it out. To say she was just diligent or thorough is a huge understatement. She was intent on Chapter 7. She wasn’t simply a subordinate or worker doing her job; she was taking no prisoners, green beret style.

I know that Camille was essential in making this miracle happen. In my own job, I try to be thoughtful and conscientious.

I never forget that people, human beings, rely on my work. Both you and Camille are two of the best people I’ve met. Your humanity must be what drives you both, because it is overwhelming.

You’ve never judged us, and the objectives you’ve accomplished can never be overstated. I only hope that I can live up to all you have given to me.

I started a new job just before the New Year, and immediately felt blessed by that opportunity. Then our favorable decision in Federal Court came next.

I look at the New Year with great hope for the future. I have prayed for both you and Camille and both your families to receive endless blessings, and will continue to do so.

You have my gratitude.

Dear Paul:

Thank you very much for your help and services of your staff.

With our best regards.

G. & S. P.

To Paul Hollender:

Thank you very much for all your help and understanding and trust and kindness.

Paul Hollender and Associates:

Approximately 2 1/2 years ago I lost my husband of 41 years to a heart attack. Along with his loss, I also faced the loss of his income and security. I was working, however my income was not enough to handle all the bills. I sought out the help of Paul Hollender and his firm.

From the first time I went to his office I felt very comfortable. He made me believe that things would get better.

Well, it took some time and some worry and eventually things did get better.

I have reconstructed my life and I am able to live it with less pressure.

I thank Mr. Hollender and his Associates who helped with the process.

I would highly recommend them.

Thank you,

Dear Mr. Hollender:

Just a little note of thanks for your advice. You went above and beyond and I appreciate your kindness and your time.

Dear Mr. Hollender:

Thank you for all you have done…It is appreciated.

Dear Mr. Hollender,

I am writing this letter to express my gratitude and appreciation for all that you have done for our family in our time of need.

You have spent hours of research on a plan that best fit our situation and finally we feel that a big weight has been lifted.

As a professional in your field, you welcome each client and situation as if it was your own and we will never forget that feeling.

Also, I would like to express my thankfulness to your associate, Camille. She worked tirelessly on our case as well. Whenever I had a question, I just called her number and she returned my call promptly and made me feel confident. I wish her and her family good health and happiness, as well as you and yours.

I would highly recommend you, Mr. Hollender, to people I know. Anybody in a difficult situation, big or small, who is in need of a real professional, can count on you, by far.

Mr. Hollender:

I would like to express my gratitude for all you have done for my wife and me.

Thank you,

Mr. Hollender:

We would like to thank you and your staff for your time and effort. Thanks.
